The service

OMY holds your Last Post — a final message and photos you prepare in advance — and publishes them to the social platforms you authorize only after a careful, multi-step escalation process confirms you are unreachable. The service is designed to be used responsibly and with accurate representative contact information.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your contact information current. You agree to respond to check-in notifications when you are able. You may edit your Last Post, photos, and settings at any time while your account is active.

Payment

OMY charges a one-time fee of $35 at signup. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, payments are non-refundable. See our FAQ for details.

Publishing

Publication occurs only after missed check-ins, optional representative outreach, human review, and a final hold period. OMY reserves the right to refuse publication if content violates applicable law or platform policies. Once published, removal depends on the policies of the destination platform.

Limitation of liability

OMY is provided as-is. While we take extensive care in the escalation process, we cannot guarantee that every edge case will be handled perfectly. To the extent permitted by law, OMY's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
