What we collect

When you create an OMY account, we collect your email address, account credentials, and the content you choose to store — your Last Post message, photos, representative contact information, check-in preferences, and connected social account tokens.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the OMY service: holding your Last Post, sending check-in reminders, contacting your representatives during escalation, and publishing your message to the platforms you authorize. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How we protect it

Your post content and photos are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to systems and personnel required to operate the service. Social platform tokens are stored securely and used only to publish on your behalf when the escalation process completes.

Who we share it with

We share data only when necessary to operate the service: payment processing (Stripe), email and SMS delivery providers, cloud infrastructure, and the social platforms you connect. Representatives you name may be contacted during escalation. We do not share your Last Post content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can update or delete your Last Post, photos, and representatives at any time from your account. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at omycares@gmail.com.
